Company Milestones

1989

After learning and being fascinated with crane operation, Mr. Pramote decided to invest in his first crane.

1991

Established as Saha Crane Service Limited Partnership (original name), founded by Mr. Pramote, started with a registered capital of 1 million baht.

2004

Established Bangpakong Intertrade Co., Ltd. To support retail customers

2007

Moved the company's location to the current area in Khlong Tamru, Muang District, Chonburi Province, covering an area of 8 rai.

2010 - 2011
  • Invested in additional land of 74 rai, increasing from the original 8 rai to a total of 82 rai, to construct parking areas and a crane maintenance workshop, in preparation for future business expansion
  • Invested in new cranes, including a Liebherr 200-ton and a TADANO 220-ton, both imported from Germany. These were the first of their kind in Thailand at that time, for serving private sector customers.
  • Established a Free Zone as a central hub for exchanging, buying, selling, and auctioning machinery.
  • Transformed from a limited partnership to Saha Crane Service Company Limited ("SHC") and increased registered capital from 1 million to 60 million baht.
  • Established Saha Crane Auction Company Limited ("SHA") with a registered capital of 1 million baht as a center for auctioning various types of machinery.
2012 - 2015
  • Purchased Liebherr cranes, new from Germany:
    • 5 cranes of 130 tons
    • 1 crane of 300 tons
    • 1 crane of 400 tons
    • 1 crane of 500 tons, the largest cranes available at that time.
  • Invested in 21 rai of land in Rayong province to expand branches and accommodate the growing customer base within the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).
  • Added a new business unit for auctioning cars, motorcycles, and other vehicles under Saha Crane Auction
  • Achieved ISO:9001-2008 certification for the first time.
2019
  • Merged with Bangpakong Intertrade Co., Ltd. to restructure the company for listing on The Stock Exchange.
  • Saha Crane Service invested in Saha Crane Auction by purchasing shares from existing shareholders under the terms of a consolidation of businesses under common control, holding a 99.99% stake. This restructuring involved an investment valued at 5.50 million baht.
2020
  • Increased registered capital from 60 million baht to 210 million baht.
2021 - Present
  • Increased registered capital from 210 million baht to 247.06 million baht.
  • Moved the main office from Mab Ta Phut Subdistrict, Rayong Province, to Tambon Khlong Tamru, Muang District, Chonburi Province. Additionally, relocated from Mab Ta Phut Subdistrict to a branch office in Nikhom Pattana District, Rayong Province.
2022
  • Become a distributor of Truck Loader Crane for Tadano.
  • Planning to convert into a public company limited and increase registered capital to 345 million baht.
  • Changed the name from Saha Crane Service Company Limited to Saha Crane Corporation Public Company Limited.
2023
  • Purchased the first Liebherr 700-ton crane in Thailand, which is also the largest crane in the company's current.
  • Achieved Green Industry Level 2 certification.
2024 - Present
  • Achieved ISO:9001-2015 certification
  • Achieved ISO 14064-1:2018 certification for Carbon Footprint.
  • We have a total of 157 machinery units available for service.
  • We have auction yards nationwide with 14 drop-off location and 12 auction centers.
